I've discovered a new item at Taco Bell that I am crazy about.......the toasted cheddar chalupa. Oh my gosh, it is great!! I got one on Saturday at the Taco Bell on Stone Drive in Kingsport & as soon as I ate it I was craving another one. They were so quick they had my order ready before I got my drinks filled up.On Monday I went to the one on Eastman Rd & got another one. It was almost as good but I had a 10 minute wait while they filled orders for the drive thru first, then had to wait while they remade part of my order that was wrong (requested no sour cream on the taco supremes). I like the toasted cheddar chalupa's so much I am still giving them 5 stars. Please keep this as a permanent menu item!!

The manager took my order. He was effecient and friendly. Received my food quickly and everything was correct. The food was tasty. A great value. The dining area was clean.

I go here several times a week and they always manage to get my orders right and fresh, despite my complicated vegan orders lol. All of the staff are incredibly sweet and friendly, I've enjoyed chatting with you all at the drive through window. :) Thanks Tbell! <3

Food quality prep generally better than stone drive store but employees are bad about not listening to drink orders in general. A diet drink means a diet drink. Listen to what is ordered (has caused serious medical issues for this diabetic on several occasions)

Taco Bell is awesome! The food is great and so is the service. The place is clean and I love eating here.

We seldom eat fast food, but Taco Bell is one of our favorites. The service is always on point, the associates are friendly and professional.The store and dining area were pleasant and clean each time we visit. The menu has a large variety so that everyone in our family will be able to find something they like and are able to eat for a reasonable price.

Was treated very well by an employee I found out is Dustin Whitehead. Every visit I've had he has been very nice and always keeps the place very clean! A+++++++

Fast and friendly employees. 👨🏼‍🍳👩‍🍳👨👱‍♀️ Food is always on point 🥤🥤🥙🥙🌮🌮🌯🌯 late nights or midday I’ve yet to have a problem with them. The drive through lane is very tight. Larger sport cars 🏎 and trucks 🚛 won’t be able to fit. Food is affordable here. Easy on the wallet. The only thing is I wish they would bring back some of my favorite items that they discounted ☹️ The XXL chalupa box, the one dollar chicken bacon taco from a few years ago. I miss those 💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💵💵💰💰💳💳💳💳💳💳💳💳💳💳

In recent years the service has declined but everyone there is polite and the food isn't bad.

Good food at good price but don't go at lunch if you are in a hurry.

I love taco bell one of my favorite fast foods. The manager is one of the best around she works harder then any other manager i have ever seen work. By that i mean she works hard. Keeps here bosses happy and her employes happy.

Had to pay to give my service dog water. While we waited on our order. Good job guys!!.Now it's October and I've visited taco bell to get food. Had to watch the whole drive thru get served before anyone in the dine in area got served. Because drive thru has a timed limit to be served. And then got a burrito with barely any meat. Should have been called a rice and cheese burrito. Thumbs down guys. I wanna give you all a get better soon card. No one is sick, i just think you can do better.

The fire sauce will burn you on both ends. (Buy the moist towelettes toilet paper, steam is better than fire)

It's ok for a quick lunch

I don't usually complain or compliment fast food restaurants, but on a very serious note, this is probably the best taco Bell in the Tri-Cities. The food is always fresh. The service is always good. Can't ask for much more.

Another delish meal at this location. I got the grilled stuffed burrito with chicken which is my usual and a Baja blast drink. My daughter enjoyed hers as well and one of the slushies/icees they had. No problems or complaints usually ever at this Taco Bell.
